Rock Bottom is Not Too Far

The tallest point on the planet is the summit of Mt. Everest

The lowest point is the bottom of the Mariana Trench

And the difference between these two points is only a little over 12 miles.

This is just a fun little fact I like to keep in my mind

So I can remember that if I plummet from my peak on a really great day,

I’m never falling as far as I think.

Bad days aren’t bottomless.

And I can recover from a rut and return to the ridge
