The Coyote Does Not Fear the Moon

The coyote does not fear the moon

And they don’t mourn the sun for long

Instead,
They travel in twilight
Made to move forward

Even when the road vanishes
Even when the pack thins out
Even when left alone

For endings are as natural as beginings

And the wild does not need permission to start
So neither do you
