To You, Love You

I need you to repeat what I’m about to say,
And just know that this is the absolute truth
But it won’t mean anything coming from me.
It needs to comes from you:

Life is scary. And it is extremely hard sometimes.
And everyone struggles with something, no matter how prim and proper their lives seem.
But through all these hardships,
We need to remember
Life is not a punishment.
Life is not a crime.
Life is the greatest gift.
For we are human.
There are laws of nature we overcome.
There are laws of mankind we create.
We continue to evolve and grow, not just as a species
But every single day, as people.

You may feel weak today.
You may feel tired or beat down or betrayed or lost or lonely
But tomorrow isn’t today. And the next day isn’t tomorrow. And nothing repeats that we don’t want to repeat.
